Our mission is to stimulate the broader development of students outside the academic classroom. To foster among all residents, mutual trust, and an ever increasing sense of responsibility, maturity, personal worth, and ownership of the Residence Life Program. The primary focus of the residence life program is to create an environment that supports the educational mission of the college, by providing students with opportunities to participate in social, spiritual, cultural, recreational, academic and community service programs.
All residential students are required to pay a $100.00 room reservation fee annually to reserve a space in campus housing. This fee must be paid to guarantee campus housing. Fee can be paid by check, money order, or by credit card (for credit card payment call 334-874-5700 ext. 19700).
All students are strongly encouraged to pay this fee as early as possible because of the high demand for campus housing. Spaces fill up quickly. So don’t delay!
Please pay to the Office of Admissions. Concordia College Alabama’s property insurance is not designed to cover the personal effects of students (i.e., stereo and computer equipment, clothes, and other personal items). It is important that students understand that the purchase of property insurance for personal items is their responsibility.
We recommend that you contact National Student Services, Inc., for information on student’s personal effects property insurance. NSSI offers affordable personal property coverage for purchase by students, and will be pleased to provide coverage. They may be reached at 1-800-252-6774, or you may apply on line at www. nssinc.com. Residence Hall are closed during all breaks unless otherwise noted
